Resveratrol (trans-Resveratrol; SRT501) 是一種天然多酚,具有抗氧化,抗炎,保護(hù)心臟和抗癌的特性。 它的靶點廣泛,如 mTOR、JAK、β-amyloidAdenylyl cyclase、IKKβ、DNA polymeraseResveratrol 也是一種特異性的 SIRT1 活化劑。Resveratrol 是有效的孕烷 X 受體 (PXR) 抑制劑。Resveratrol 是一種 Nrf2 激活劑,在小鼠模型中可以改善衰老相關(guān)的進(jìn)行性腎損傷。Resveratrol 作用于內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞促進(jìn) NO 產(chǎn)生。
